Articles - copy/paste text

When you copy/paste text from a document such as Microsoft Word it is important that you use the copy/paste function available in the text tool. click on the icon marked by a 'W' if you wish to copy/paste from Word - the result is rarely 100% perfect and you probably still need to manually format some of the text.

If you are experiencing severe conversion problems click on the icon marked by a 'T' - here you need to reformat the entire text after you have copy/pasted the text.
